y CONSIDERANDO que \u00a0el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de noviembre vence el periodo de Sesiones Ordinarias como lo establece la Carta Org\u00e1nica Municipal en su Art. 76; Que el mencionado art\u00edculo prev\u00e9 la posibilidad de prorrogar las sesiones por decisi\u00f3n del Propio Concejo Deliberante; Que existen temas pendientes de tratamiento importantes para el Estado Municipal; Que mediante Ordenanza N\u00b013480 se otorg\u00f3 al Departamento Ejecutivo una pr\u00f3rroga hasta el d\u00eda 05 de diciembre de 2025 para la presentaci\u00f3n del Proyecto de Presupuesto General de Gastos\u00a0 y C\u00e1lculo de Recursos y Proyecto de Ordenanza Tarifaria para el Ejercicio 2026, los cuales necesitan tratamiento legislativo\u00a0 indicado en el Art. 93 de la Carta Org\u00e1nica Municipal; Que evaluado el Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n por la totalidad de los Concejales, es aprobado por unanimidad en Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del d\u00eda 26 de noviembre de 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EL VICEINTENDENTE PRESIDENTE DEL HONORABLE CONCEJO <\/strong>DELIBERANTE DE LA CIUDAD DE ALTA GRACIA<strong> DECRETA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Art.1<\/u><\/strong><strong>: <\/strong><strong>PRORR\u00d3GUESE <\/strong>las Sesiones Ordinarias del Honorable Concejo Deliberante del presente a\u00f1o, hasta el d\u00eda 31 de diciembre de 2025, quedando fijado como d\u00eda y hora de las mismas los mi\u00e9rcoles a la hora 12:30.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Art.2<\/u><\/strong><strong>: PROTOCOL\u00cdCESE<\/strong>, comun\u00edquese, publ\u00edquese en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial de la Ciudad de Alta Gracia, incorp\u00f3rese al Libro de Decretos y arch\u00edvese.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>DECRETO N\u00b0 011\/25.-<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Visto: El Art. 76 de nuestra Carta Org\u00e1nica\u00a0 Municipal;
